Preview window shows Textbar

We are using Website X5 version 14 Evolution.
There is a strange issue when we open the option "Voorvertoning" (NL) or "Preview" on the top of the page.
When we scroll downwards, there appears a blue horizontal "bar" with Text in it; it stays on top of the page. It cannot be removed.
Is there an option or another way to get rid of this horizontal blue bar? Please help, because it is annoying.
The site is still under contstruction.

Ha Govert,
Could it be that you have the sticky bar enabled? This is the menubar which stays on top of the screen. It's an option which can is very useful. You can put your menu in this bar so it always stays on top of the screen.
Check step 2. Sjabloon (
), then the Sticky Bar (3th row, 2nd column). You can disable/enable the sticky bar.
Look at tab 'Inhoud' and there you can put your content, for example a menu in the bar.
