Oczywiście "uciekała od tematu" i odmawiała wszelkiej interwencji: "...unfortunately I cannot help you with the use of custom code...".

Tomasz

Napisałem maila do Incomedia z opisem problemu. Oto ich odpowiedź:

"Unfortunately, the technician is right. The code you have used is not already implemented in the software, therefore, our technican and developement staff cannot assist in case of malfunction, I am very sorry about this. I myself cannot help you, too, as I am just a commercial operator.

I am very sorry about this, I suggest you too to set the message as public, so to allow other users to add their reply. Thanks."

Żadnego pożytku...

Odpisałem im jeszcze raz, pytając dlaczego program usuwa moje skrypty z folderu a potem je zapisuje z powrotem. Oto odpowiedź:

"that is probably due to the way the software "reads" to the code".

Hi Thomas,

I understand your point, but please let me explain why we cannot provide you with support about this point.

You have used a custom code which was not already implemented in the software. Because of that, such code can interfere with the normal functioning of the software and therefore cause malfunctions of the program itself. But because such problem is caused by an external custom code, it goes beyond the assistance we can directly provide you with, as this is not already provided in the software. In these cases, we suggest setting the topic as public so to allow to analyse the issue with the other users, who can maybe help you find a solution.

I hope having clarified the issue. Kind regards.
