imported project from version 14 to 15 and the menu bar changed to a hamburg type.( see ipg)
on a second project also inported from 14 to 15 not able to have the menu bar with sticky bar

The hamburger is because the menu-object is to small to hold the menu - stretch the menu object so it is big enough. You can find lots of posts here on the forum regarding this issue. I haven't tried the v15 yet, but I guess it is because of this.

Luca, in v14 & v15 you can also drag the menu deeper (for 2 lines of menu) if the header is big enough (this can be changed on Template, Template Structure, Header, Height)
As you drag the menu object the words will appear when it can fit all the words.
