Uploading all website except pages that were changed

I often edit my website and therefore often upload it to my hosting. And nearly always X5 uploads all the files of the site, whether they were changed or not. As my site is big enough, I have to wait 5-7 minutes till it uploads. And as I usually make a number of uploads per session, I lose about half an hour each time I edit my site.
Certainly, the checkbox "Upload only the files that were changed..." is marked. But it does not help.
What's the matter? What am I doing wrong?

Hi,
I noticed the same issue. When you publish, first choose to update the complete site, but don't start the publication. Then select to upload only the files that have changed. Then start the publication.
I noticed this quite often works.
Incomedia is aware of the problem.
