If you export from v14 and import the iwzip into v15 and open it, does the project look correct in the preview?

If it is correct in the preview, please force a full upload (not just new and updated), then hold CTRL+F5 to refresh your browser.

If the problem is not resolved, please advise what is missing and are there any error messages that might assist us to help you?

tested some more and found out that the problem is only on older devices.

We use about 10 iPad's to visit this website.

The problem only persists on iPad2 and iPhone4 what i tested so far.

But when i use V14 then it works fine, I also tried the complete empty template.

Strange isn't it.

when you visit this page with an older device, like iPad2 or iPhone4 you can see it yourself.

When you visit this with any other device i tested thus far then it works fine.

So it's a bummer, do we have to buy 10 new iPad's now, i hope not.

Wim, it seems like an issue Incomedia should address, whether they can or not is another issue.

Nonetheless I have advised them you need assistance.

Till then i keep using V14 because it's cheaper to stay on V14 then buying 10 new iPad's.

I understand Incomedia are aware of this issue with apple devices and are working towards a solution.
