Software requiring admin permissions

I am using this software on a work computer under my personal username.
The software requires administrator permissions every time I open it. Our IT department has said they can't allow me to run software that requires administrator permissions.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

I am sorry, changing the programm is the only way for solving this problem. I fought with them long time ago, now the programm has admin permissions by running it.

I have solved this by copying the admin license key folder into my person folder, however now whenever I save something, it automatically saves it to the admin account rather than my personal.
Can anyone tell me how to change where the files are saved?
