Honggi, I only have access to the preview, but it looks like there is a cell in that white space that had text in it originally. If this is true, the simplest method may be to go to step 4 Pages, edit the cell that used to have content and remove all content (perhaps a transparent or white image, perhaps just carriage returns??).

Alternatively drag the content handles of the picture object below the gap up to use the problem cell.

To save me buying this template to provide a definitive answer, perhaps you could provide a screen shot of the page layout (step 5 Pages) which includes above and below where these pictures are embedded.

it looks strange, but to me it is like Your picture does have this upper white frame, does it? It could be set up that way in X5 as well. Or there could be an issue with the program. Maybe try to change the picture for another one, when it doesn´t help, look further in setup of the picture - frames in program. When it doesn´t help so that might be case for incomedia programmer team. 

Sometimes I do things like this to figure out if the error is on my site or not.

WX5 does not cope well with empty cells, it you must have them, at least drop an object in each (without content if necessary)

Please advise if this advise does not help!!

(PS before doing anything, please either create a copy of the project when opening WX5 or create an export (iwzip) just in case I have offered bad advise)

No, it doesn't have upper white frame Ivan. Tried to change with other pictures still no luck.

Also tried removing entire row above, still... the upper white frame exist.
