The images i ad in a textblock are not always shown in the browser (google chrome, edge), mostly after i have changend something in the page with that textblock, it does not matter what. When i replace the image, the problem is temparely solved, but appears again after a new change on the page.

How can i avoid this? I it can't, can you fix this in the next update?

Quodbach, try pressing CTRL+preview to force a full refresh of the preview and before uploading to the web.

In the preview the pics are shown correctly, in the browser they don't.

Is this also happening if you use a browser like chrome when previewing ?

Quodbach, if you are using a browser to view your site either locally or from the internet, please press CTRL+F5 (clears the local cache in your browser).

Did that do the trick?

Esahc.., i did not try that because it is not a solution for my site visiters. The most browser users are "normal" users, no browser/ict specialists.

I have also experienced this. I think it comes when uploading the site. After a new uplod all is "fine" again.

The problem with this is, that when you have many pages, you cannot spend time on checking all pages, by every upload.

It is for images used in a text-object I have seen this too.

Hope a solution will be found.

Kind regards

John S.

Quodbach, a normal user will not need to press ctrl+F5 because they infrequently visit your site. You go there all the time, you need to clear the cache so you can be sure you see what is uploaded (not whats in your cache on your pc)

Hello Esahc

I think this is not about the browsers cache. I think it is something that happens when a site is uploaded.

The rather few times I have experienced this, it didn't help to "refresh" the browser. I had to upload the site again.

I think something is happening when the system by uploading processes the image - I am quite sure it is here it happens.

Kind regards

John S.

Hi Quodbach.

Can you confirm, as reported by John, that performing more than one export fixes the issue?

If it is so, I will proceed to reporting this issue to the developers.

If possible, could you also attach the URL of your website here?

Please keep me updated

Stefano
