Can't open X5 version 15.1.1

I have been using version 15.1.1 for some days but now it won't work.
An error message tells me to re-install the program, which I did, but it doesn't still work. And in the error message is following (config error: Currencies). Before re-installing the program again I deleted the actuel program version on my PC.
Please tell me what to do?

Are you still receiving the same error even after reinstalling?
At what step of the starting procedure are you getting this? Would it be possible for you to attach a screenshot of the error you're getting here? It could help me identify the problem better

Yes - It starts when I want to open Website X5, so that I can't go into the program.
See my enclosed file (in danish).
I still have some old website files (version 14, 13 etc.) Shall I remove those program files?

Hi Kim.
Reinstalling is definitely the correct step to take.
After uninstalling, and before reinstalling, please do this as well:
Search for these two folders -> documents/Incomedia and users/(me)/Appdata/Incomedia, back them up (since they contain projects), then delete those as well while keeping a safe backup, and then proceed to reinstalling.

I have been trying, what you suggested, but it did not work.
I then tryed to install version 14 and it worked all right.
Do you have some new ideas, then let me know. I want to use version 15.
I think that something is wrong in version 15!!

Kim, I will assume you are installing from a new download (available from your profile, top right, this page). I also assume you are installing locally, not across a network, external device or cloud storage.
Is it possible for you to temporarily either totally disable or uninstall your anti-virus, malware and firewall software? If this does not work, can you create a new (temporary) user (administrator), log out and log in as the new user and see if you can now successfully install v15.
Please advise if either of the above allows installation. If the new user fixes the problem we can look to cleaning up the existing files so you can install as your preferred user.

I did what you told me, but it didn't help.
I can install the v15, but when I want to start the program I get the error message and can't continue!

I have now removed all files from appdata and re-installed the program.
The program is now running perfect.
