I manage a website for members of a cycling club and have created a contact form for new members with forwarding of autoresponder to sender.

It generally works well, but some emails from customers do not get to the recipient and other emails e.g. from #gmail goes into the spam folder. How can I solve this problem?

Hello Kim,

This is a server issue as opposed to a WebSite X5 issue.  Your webhost would be best placed to advise you and assist you with this.  As a minimum, ask them to set up proper DKIM, SPF and DMARC records for your domain.  This would have the biggest single influence on the deliverability of your email.

However, within WebSite X5 itself you should also ensure (if possible) that the email address you nominate to send 'from' is one which originates from your own domain.

For example,

email@your_domain_name.com

Kind regards,

Paul
