Changes to the header are showing in the preview, but are not displaying in the browser after uploading

I have uploaded all files in that option, but the changes are not showing for the header and also the footer. Changes made to the home page and other pages are uploading and displaying in the browser. It seems the problem is with the header and footer changes only. Again in the preview, I can see the changes to the header and the footer, but not in the browser after the upload.

Larry, in your browser when viewing your site online, hold down CTRL and press F5 to refresh your browser. If this does not fix the problem, open WX5, preview with CTRL+Preview and then do a FULL upload (not just new and changed files.

Please advise if the problem persists.
