Dialog says I'm buying template that is include and asks for password

WHen beginning a new project, and I pick certain templates that do not have a shopping cart symbol (i.e. are included in the price of the software) I am sometime prompted to enter my password and another dialog with a progress bar says that it is "buying' the template. What is going on?

Don't worry, if it says it's free you won't be charged.
Sometimes it is needed to upgrade or download the template and x5 then uses then your account.
The next time you use it, it will not be asked.
