How can I remove this.This is shown on all pages in the website

How can I delete this? See Appendix! It appears completely on top and has the text: SIDEINNHOLD in Norwegian, that means PAGE CONTENT in English. I have tried many options. I thought I had fixed the last post, but I was wrong. when the answer did not help me. Plesase help! This is important to me. Thank you in advance. Regards Roy - www.villavarme.no

Hello Roy,
Because it is on all pages it is probably set in the seo and code option (step 1 advanced TAB) again advanced tab.
check the pulldown in bold items and see if you can find the text there, remove it and you will be fine.
I gues it is the after opening body tag option
