Ed, if the menu is appearing as a hamburger menu, the menu object is too small to fit all the menu items, you can use smaller font and make the width of the menu items smaller and/or simply make the menu object bigger by dragging the handles.

Note that your menu need not be simply wide, you can drag it deep as well and create a multi-line menu if necessary.
