Problem advertisement message in the box

When i make an advertisement message en see the preview i can see the picture. That is ok.
When i upload the website i can only see the x to close the box. I cannot see the picture. Not on the laptop and nog o the telephone.
Is there a bug?

Would it be possible for you to post here the link to the website so that I might test it online?
Also, if possible, attach a screenshot that shows what should be displayed in the Intro page, so that I might better understand what could be going wrong with it.

I had exactly the same problem. I solved it by uploading all my website files. It doesn't appear to work if you select "export only the files modified after the last export".
