Can't Receive Emails From Form

I am not receiving emails from a form I set up at http://bbpuzzles.com/custom-puzzles.html
I checked with my host (GoDaddy) and they do support PHP.
The "Data Submission" is set up as follows...
Send Data By Email
Sender Email Address: Email
User Email Address: ***
Include the selected data in CSV is checked.

Try out http://bbpuzzles.com/admin which script works and / or ask your hoster where the email gets stuck. If possible, use an email address with your domain.

Do your customers receive a mail? Have you been able to get a form working in the past?
You could try this: In the admin part of your site (http://bbpuzzles.com/admin login with the mailaddress and password you have set in WebsiteX5 Step 1 Settings, Advanced Tab, Access Management 2nd row, 2nd icon) you can test the php mail-script. You can select a number of scripts.
When you have found a working script then set this script in WebsiteX5 in Step 1, Advanced, Data Management (2nd row, 3th column).
If this fails the recheck your mail-settings.
