Error while Project Loading WebSite X5 Professional

Hello, please help! After PC crash, I can not open the project.
The error is:
Error uploading project (root element missing)
Chyba při nahrávání projektu (kořenový element chybí)

Iveta, assuming you are using the PRO version (and assuming the crash did not affect the directory structure inside your documents), you could try open WX5, select backup, select a backup and click redo.
If you are using evo you need to manually move the backup to the project directory and rename it, we can provide instructions as required.
If all else fails, do you have access to an iwzip of the project? If so, this will work when all else has failed - simply open wx5 and import.

Esahc, thank you for your help, the project is repaired :-)
Even though I have the latest version of PRO, I had to overwrite the backup and move it to the directory manually and remove backups and backups from it.

It is a pity the automatic redo did not repair the project!
For safety, please select step 5 export and export the project. This is the only form of backup I have found absolutely reliable (& after creation I rename by adding yymmdd to the name so I have multiple fallback positions), I do wish Incomedia would implement this as the default backup.
