Website X5 Evolution 15 - something wrong

I went into great problems today when I tried to start up website X5 evolution 15 from my desktop. Please see attached.
Also previous program (evol. X5 14) does not work.
I really hope I will loose anything??

Further to my previous mail - website x5 evolution 15 - I have now tried to reload the program again - but it still give me the same message as my attached file in the previous mail - what´s going on???
I really donot hope I have missed everything now!

Hi Michael,
I'm sorry for the issue you're encountering, but rest assured, you will not lose any project.
First of all, shut the software down.
Go to C:\Users\Your Windows Username\AppData\Local\Incomedia\ and delete WebSite X5 v15-Professional
After doing this, please start the program.
Let me know if this fixed it for you.
Be careful as to go to the folder I mentioned, and not the one under Documents, where your project are stored.

Website x15v15-professional is not listed! so could not delete!
I can open the previous program website x5 Evolution 11 - but evolution 14 and 15 get the message as attached y´day!!!

I apologise, I miswrote your version.
Go to C:\Users\Your Windows Username\AppData\Local\Incomedia\ and delete WebSite X5 v15-Evolution
After doing this, please start the program.

the only problem remaining is the Icon is missing?
And if I want to use the version 14 - will that be the same way to do it - deleting as you described with ver. 15?

Hi Stefano - I still need an answer from you!
But in the meantime - the icon for evl. 15 disapered from the desktop - and I had to do the same procedure asy'day - delete file etc.

Hi Michael.
The missing icon is most probably something going wrong with the icon settings in your Windows system. It is not something handled by the program itself.
You probably moved the .exe files or some other file and the shortcut lost the icon, but it has nothing to do with the software itself.
