PDF file link in footer show 'Sample ..........' when opening.

Hi, Can anyone help, when I link to a PDF from text in the template footer, typically a disclaimer, when click the URL bar shows "Sample website disclaimer - S2K_Website_disclaimer1.pdf" (www.shere2000.co.uk), where 'website disclaimer is the document title and s2k_website-disclaimer1.pdf is the file name.
My question is how do I stop it displaying the word 'Sample' as this does not appear in the document anywhere and it is not a sample document.
Any help with this would be appreciated.

It is the title for the PDF-document.
You have to edit the PDF or to make a "new" PDF with the same text.
