We would like to know if there is a possibilitiy import and export products, customers, orders from WebsiteX5 to Winbiz ?
Winbiz is a Swiss management program.

No sorry, you can export your products to csv file, but that you already know.
There is also in the admin panel an export button for products that are in delivery or bought, that's also csv.

Yes, this is right too.
In Switzerland, we have to use a management program for companies because the accountancy can be complex.
Winbiz is a well know management program. The idea is that if we can link the webshop and the management program, we can get more customers.
There is also a VAT management that we have to report to the VAT office and the order that we must pass to the suppliers.
For example, when customers buy goods, as we have no stock, we have to generate an order to the supplier.
Sometimes, it can be complex and needs many suppliers for one order.
It can be done through Winbiz in management.
If you see what I mean.
