Destination folder does not match the website URL

Hello,
I'm trying to upload my website and it keeps saying "The selected server or destination folder does not match the website URL given in the General Settings. Do you want to set it now?". The URL is correct (I think) "https://www.bbbikeleathers.co.uk". I have tried deleting the "/" in the Destination Folder before upload but this does not fix the problem. The website uploads fine but my SagePay won't work and I'm guessing it's because of this mismatch.
Can someone point me in the right direction to correst this problem?

Amy, can you post a screen shot of the FTP upload page?
There is a known issue with this message appearing when WX5 cannot confirm the FTP address is effectively the same as the website URL. Unfortunately the upload proceedure for some hosts makes this inevitable especially with SSL sites.
I doubt very much that this warning message has any affect on SagePay, did this work previously, perhaps before implementing the SSL certificate?

I have had the website and SagePay working fine together since implimanting the SSL but I have recently installed an X5 update and this issue has been happening since.

Same problem with both of my sites. This came up after last update, and when I tryed it out on the earlier version - it's ok. The stock control dosen't work eighter after this update. There are no changes with my hosting who should cause this.
