Failed update to v16

Hello
Around two weeks ago I updated the software from v16 to version 16 and got a message stating update successful to v16. Furthermore, on my account profile there is the licence key for v16.
Hower, a short while ago logged into WebX5 and realized it hasn't been actually updated. To be sure I checked the WebX5 folders and v16 is not there as per attached image.
For the record, I have Windows 7 Home as Operating System.
Do you have any thought about a way to get v16 properly installed?

You may wish to try the download and update again. Go to your profile (top right) click on download, select v16.1.1 and download it. During the install you will be required to provide your email address, password and activation key (same as provided for v15).

please follow Esahc's suggestion and please let me know if you can solve the issue. Please consider that the WebSite X5 v16 folders which will be generated on your PC will not report a version number.
