Can't Delete Old Image From Website.

I know this is an age old problem but is still a current problem. I can't delete an old product photo from my website. I've got new ones on the page that show ok but this old one just won't disappear and keeps coming back. See here: Moringa Probiotic.
I've tried deleting it from the folder / server / exporting the project / importing the project / etc. etc. but it's still there. It still keeps reappearing.
Incomdedia; this was a problem that was being looked at some time ago but still isn't fixed. What's the latest news on it?

It's the Moringa Probiotic bottle image. The shopping cart thumbnail images of the bottles are the new ones but the larger bottle image at the top is the old one that won't delete / be replaced.
Any ideas of how to get rid of it?

Hello
1) try to delete that image from the project;
2) press the Ctrl key plus the Preview button (Ctrl + Preview);
3) check that the image has disappeared;
4) insert the new image;
5) press the Ctrl key again plus the Preview button (Ctrl + Preview);
6) check that the new image is regular;
7) exports the project on the web site;
8) in the browser it activates the Ctrl key plus the function key F5 (Ctrl + F5) to reset the cache of that page;
... maybe it should be all right ...
... obviously on the web the old files will remain as inert ballast, and in case they should be deleted manually from the FTP panel ...

1) prova ad eliminare quella immagine dal progetto;
2) aziona il tasto Ctrl più il pulsante Anteprima (Ctrl+Anteprima);
3) controlla che l'immagine sia scomparsa;
4) inserisci la nuova immagine;
5) aziona nuovamente il tasto Ctrl più il pulsante Anteprima (Ctrl+Anteprima);
6) controlla che l'immagine nuova sia regolare;
7) esporta il progetto nel sito in rete;
8) nel browser aziona il tasto Ctrl più il tasto funzione F5 (Ctrl+F5) per resettare la cache di quella pagina;
... forse dovrebbe andare tutto a posto...
... ovviamente in rete i files vecchi rimarranno come zavorra inerte, e nel caso andrebbero eliminati manualmente dal pannello FTP...
