Polo, you have a website and you add the url (link) to your facebook page and it does not display a thumbnail of the site?
Or is this some other issue?
Please provide a link to your website, and if it is public, the facebook page.

I have entered the url website in the X5 website settings section. and website icon and image
but when broadcash doesn't appear ... like the picture I sent
If you are adding the link from within WX5 to appear on facebook, you may have the address wrong in step1Settings?
But if you go to facebook and add a link back to your site (just paste the url as a new post), does that work??
The problem may be that there is no preview image as far as WX5 is concerned, when you first open WX5 is there a thumbnail image of your website when you are choosing a project to open? I have a couple of projects with effectively no preview image because there is no background colour or image in the template I choose to use.

and the results are like the following picture
Polo, it does not appear to be a problem. If you add it directly to facebook, what happens?

the problem is not being able to display images on a website page share on facebook
Polo, I tried pasting your link directly into facebook and got the same result you did. I do not know the answer I'm sorry. Perhaps others on this helpcentre may be able to assist. I have asked Incomedia if they can help.
Hi Polo,
I believe the issue might be in that URL you set.
You should not set a specific HTML page as URL.
Your URL should be like : https://www.guzellorganizer.com
The way you inserted it now can cause issues with how certain resources are rendered by the Browser, and the missing image might be one of those.
Please modify the URL and test again.
Keep me posted!
Thank you
