Is the existing v9 site online? If so, can you provide a link?

With v11, can you provide a screen shot here that best demonstrates the issue?

The current website build with the V9 is (http://gds4.com/) , when I export and import the website in the V11 version (See attachement) 

It seeems the sjabloom (background) is not supported in the versie V11.

I need to make changes on our website, when we bought the latest version will the conversion work correctly?

If yes then we bought now the latest version of X5!

APM, if you have the image that is the background you can apply it in v11 and later. If you cannot find it, use filezilla (or similar), log in to you online website, download the style folder, it should be in there.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for your suggestions, the template used in the V9 version is not available in the v11 or the just bougt latest version V16. 

Is it possible to export the template and import this in a newer version so when opening the project you see the correct website as shown live.

I have build a website in V9 with a template (legacy) which is not available anymore in a newer version of X5 like in thelatest version V16. When I export and import my website this template is missing and when opening the preview the complete website is a mess.

Is thera a way to import the template from the V9 version into the latest version of website V5 Version 16, so when opening the project I can work in the latest V16 version and my website is showing correctly?

unfortunately, as the direct support for version 9 is no longer available, I cannot help you as far as the template export in v9 is concerned. Please find here more information:

APM, I no longer have v9, but in v10 after opening the project under general settings there is an option to export the template. If this option exists in v9 it may resolve your problem (although as stated above, I would simply recreate the template look and feel)

Hi Guys Thanks for your help.

I Tought it would be easy to use the new features of the latest version and just import the project, but it seems to be more complicated. I am not a web expert and I liked the easys way to create a website with the X5 webtools.

So if someone still have a idea or a suggestion to import my whole, included the right template,  project in the latest version please let me known

Have you tried to recover the project's graphic files to rebuild it on the new version? See my screenshots in attachment...

Easy to do on an empty custom template but you must respect file dimensions to create your custom template (easy to do on V11...).
