Yes I have don that, but it does not change anything.

If I go to my homepage direct only "workshop" is standing, if I select any other link (example: Pipe building) on top and then go back to homepage (with the homepage button) then workshop 2.0 is standing sadly the link underneath it is not working

It looks like directly at the start its not seeing any changing, but when you select buttons on my site and go back thinks do change

Think I have solved the second problem.

Have deleted my wwwroot file and downloaded the whole site again.
Perhaps different homepage Trying from html to php to asp etc mixed thinks up.

Only thing remaining is the first problem.
The link under the written texts is not working correct

I was able to access http://www.tzr3ma.com/workshop-2.0.html directly on the desktop, but not via the link on a desktop.  Is it possible that something is "covering" the link? You could add a few carriage returns before the first line to see it the link activates. Does is work in preview??

I was also able to access the page through the link on my Android as you said, difficult though, pity it is not a responsive site.

Yes, that is the problem.
I have done this construction many times (as you can see) all working fine.
But for some reason now it Doesn't

On my mobile phone I can open the link without any problem, but on my pc and others it does not work.

Strange thing on the preview session X5 it also Doesn't work.

Could this be a setup problem?

It works, as you described that was the problem.
One "enter" on top and all is working fine. (strange never had this problem before)

Louis, this probably means an object in the header is not fully inside the header. Click on each object, all 8 handles should be within the header area.
