Preview In SmartPhone (480px) ?

How do you preview websites in 480px, in the browser preview of x5 13 that I have, it does not show what the site looks like in this view port. Further, the template ends up putting a square right in the middle of the header, then jumps to the right and scrolls down as I view the site on my Google Pixel phone. Please advise.

John, the square you are referring to is the "toaster" menu.
For all resolutions of your site you have selected vertical menu on the left, but this is not an option for the lowest resolution (phone). WX5 has set the menu to inside the header, you can change this in step2 template, customisation, template structure if you wish.
If you now go to main menu style you can set alignment to left, centre (where it currently is) or right. Be aware that changing the alignment here will also affect the alignment of your vertical menu text.
The toaster menu that jumps to the right and then scrolls down is set on the page scroll options, here you can opt to keep always visible and have the menu on either the left or the right.
To see this on the PC simply click preview and resize the preview browser the match the various resolutions (coloured bands across top of browser)

If they offer a discount to purchase the latest version, please take advantage of it. V16 is a lot more flexible in menu placement making it very easy to achive exactly what you want. V13 by comparison has significant limitations and shortcomings.
