Update protection annual support

When I launch X5, I get a pop up window saying my support ends in 20 days. Upgrade now and get 50% off.
But when I continue to upgrade, it does not apply any discount - its the regular price.
Also it wants to charge me VAT and in Sterling Pounds. But I am in USA.
