Make sure that you are using the install file from your Profile here in the Forum - that will ensure that you have a complete installer (just in case the file you are using is damaged or incomplete). Don't rely on 3rd party applications that claim to remove all files in an uninstall. There are usually some left and they are not always easy to locate.

Hi Torben,

Please uninstall the program by following these steps:

  • Go to the Windows Control Panel and start the automatic procedure to delete the Incomedia softwares which are installed on the system.
  • Delete the folders which may still be on the software installation path.
  • Delete the "licence.iwl" file in C:\Users\ The Admin username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\ WebSite X5- Professional.
  • In you have more than one user on the PC you need to repeat this for each user.

Then download the program from the "My Downloads" section of your program and install it again.

If you still have problems, please delete the folder WebSite X5- Professional in C:\Users\ Your Windows username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\ , start the program and register again.

Thanks! Kind regards.

In some mysterious way - I managed to delete the program.

And reinstalled it again, and with a little move back and forth I had to restore my pages.

But very strange that this can happen .....

Thanks for the help     There was just panic in me for a moment! Also paid for the next 12 months of renewal, so it could not be known to go down one week after
