When I start my version 0f 16.3.1. It crash and write "ConfigError: Currencies, Launguages"
I have uinstall the program and re installed again. But the problem is the same !''

delete folders:(all your projects will be deleted, copy this folders for save)
C:\Users\YOURCOMPNAME\AppData\Local\Incomedia
C:\Users\YOURCOMPNAME\Documents\Incomedia
and try reinstall

Coundt find the files.
But I remove the program with Revo Uninstall. (This program delete all the files :-) )
And afte I install the program again it was the same :-(

I Still have the problem !
Make sure that you are using the install file from your Profile here in the Forum - that will ensure that you have a complete installer (just in case the file you are using is damaged or incomplete). Don't rely on 3rd party applications that claim to remove all files in an uninstall. There are usually some left and they are not always easy to locate.

Have tried to delete everything that belongs to the program but still gets up with the same mistake!Do not feel like
I'm at the beginning with the porgram here. Have been with from Version 8.
And there was nothing about my computer's settings or otherwise would interfere with WebSite x5

Please uninstall the program by following these steps:
Then download the program from the "My Downloads" section of your program and install it again.
If you still have problems, please delete the folder WebSite X5- Professional in C:\Users\ Your Windows username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\ , start the program and register again.

In some mysterious way - I managed to delete the program.
And reinstalled it again, and with a little move back and forth I had to restore my pages.
But very strange that this can happen .....
