when trying to activate incrmedia websitex5 evolution 12 I get activation error 500 what is it and how do i rectify it

Please check your profile (top right) and if you haven't already done so, click on download and save the installer, now go to My Licenses and select the license key.
Now reinstall using both. If this does not work you may wish to try the following after disconnecting the internet
