Glitches in new upgrade websitex5 evo 16.3.1

hi since ive upgraded to website x5 evo 16.3.1, i seem to loose oblects like images in my template when it upgrades to that version. when upgraded my websites loose sticky pad and images that have some form of movement, ie drop down from top but this has only happened since ive upgraded as everything was fine before that. the main template i use is the artisans way template in business as i find i get full screen usage, can anyone please help me fix this issue of glitches or is there another upgrade coming out to sort this soon kind regards paul dutton

Paul, did you simply open the old version (v15?) project and let WX5 convert it?
If so (as a test) open v15, open the v15 version of your project (you did let WX5 make a copy of your project didn't you?), go to step 5 export, export project and create an iwzip. Then open v16 and select import to import the new project.
Does that work better? Are all the images intact?

i was using 15.1.1 and all was fine then 15.2.2 all fine then 15.2.3.all fine then 16.1.1 all fine the 16.2.1 all fine now 16.3.1 and got glitches
i let software convert it from 16.2.1 to 16.3.1 and that when gliches started

i opened x5 15 and it wont let me open website to export as it says already converted to 16.3.1.1 so i must have forgotten to make a backup plus ive tried making a new website all over again and with the same template but the same glitches happen sticky pads dont work and some of the images disappear the ones that move, so it looks like the template wont work with that version or the software has got glitches

Sadly I don't think upgrading a sub version offers the copy option.
Could it simply be that all the optional objects need updating?

just looked and there is no updates , everything ive brought or was free is all up to date and ready to use

ive just looked in sticky bar, the image is loaded but it does not show a preview anymore, nor does it show up when you preview the website when scrolling down the page
Yeah. I had t cpmpletely rebuild the menu and I have also lost sme graphics. I'm sure I'll find them but it is just a pain.

a pain is the word for it, i just wish incomedia would make a fix for the website x5 evo 16.3.1.1 build or even another upgrade to fix the problem
Hi Paul.
Perhaps the preview wasn't simply generated properly? Have you tried recreating it by holding down left CTRL + clicking on the preview?
Test this, see if the situation improves.
If it doesn't, can you make an export at Step 5 of the glitchy project and send it to me here? This way, I might test it out personally. If so, turn the topic private first

hi stefano dont worry about it ive sort of sorted it ive opened the the old project and replaced the template with the same one now its back working all ive got to do is redo some parts and the website should be back good as new cheers everyone for your help kind regards paul
