Evolution 12 email dont work on all web hostings why is this

when making email form contact me page i find your email form dont always work on different web hosting, some will work with googlemail , some with gmail, some with live, but not every web hosting works with all on your e-mail form so why is this ?

i worked it out i had to make a email addy on web hosting control panel then use that email in your email form then foward the mail to gmail addy in web hosting control panel and it works fine now cheers so no need for answer cheers .... paul
