Hi Michel.

I believe in order to better understand what the issue with this could be, that you should try and contact your hosting's support first.

They should have access to this precise email log, and also be able to tell you exactly what seems to not be working with the emailing service.

If nothing changed in your project and it just suddenly stopped working, maybe some configuration was changed on their side and they should be able to easily spot that for you

Please get back to me after you get a response from them

Thank you

Stefano

Stefano,

I already contacted the hosting company. They say the problem is in the email form.

They say the outgoing email is not made by the form and there are mutliple headers.

Cheers,

Michel

Hi Michel.

This looks indeed very weird since, as you mentioned, it seems to have been working fine previously, which means something must have changed on their side.

We've currently received no report of such an issue with the emailing service. Perhaps it is something strictly connected to your hosting?

Would it be possible for you to try and upload your website on a free, different one just to test it out and see if the email is sent successfully?

Please try this and let me know the result

Thank you

Stefano

I've had problems with confirmation emails bouncing back from GMAIL.  Anyone that purchases from my web shop using a gmail account the confirmation email doesn't get delivered.  I get some "undelivered" error message.  I can't remember exactly what it says but something to do with Muliple Email Headers or something like that.

I'll post a sample next time.

Nigel
