I am not sure what you are requesting I'm sorry.
Any text you place in a text object is responsive, it will automatically line wrap to suit the appropriate width available at various resolutions. If you have multiple objects in a row, you can control at what resolution the breaks are placed so you can have as many or as few objects across the page as you require for your resolution/s.
Or are you referring to the new extend to width of browser option?
Please provide details of your requirements.

I mean same this guide https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_css_responsive_text.asp
in website x5 program.
If you create a desktop only website (not responsive) the text and everything else will automatically scale to fit mobiles.
However, by setting responsive the content remains the same size but can be rearranged to best suit the devise resolution. Google takes a dim view of smaller text and content. If chosen correctly, text sizes should remain the same and just as readable irrespective of the device.
So, WX5 does not support responsive text sizes except for the legacy desktop only site.
There was a similar question posted some time ago, also titled Responsive text. I posted the code which changes the size of the font too big for the small devices. Take a look!
