The automatic order confirmation sent after step 3 in the shopping cart is an invoice and is confusing. Please create an option to enable/disable the automatic order confirmation email to the customer. 

Better: 

Replace the order processed email to customer, and replace it with the invoice. This way, owners will already know if payment is received, and they can send the beautiful detailed order receipt to the customer.
