Very long time for X5 loading

A few updates ago (now I use V17.0.11) there appeared a problem.
It takes from 5 to 10 minutes for X5 loading. All this time a see a following picture (see screenshot).
My internet connection speed is more than 70 MBit, so the matter is not in connection.
What can be a couse of such a problem?

Nikolay, please (temporarily) uninstall or disable your anti virus, malware protection, firewall, VPN.
It sounds like something is blocking access to the servers. Once we can identify the culprit you should be able to provide an exception.

I switched off the protection - nevertheless the problem did not disappear.

Can you advise what happens if you (temporarily) disconnect the internet (disable wireless/remove cable) before starting WX5
