Widget Will Not Delete - Help Please

I have run into a problem with a Widget on my site. Please take a look at it: www.celebrityfragrancesshop.co.uk I added and then deleted the small advertising logo "somucheasier.co.uk" as I didn't like its effect on my page design. The problem is that even though the widget containing the logo was deleted in "Page Creation" screen of X5 it is still there and functioning when I do an X5 "Page Preview" and is still present on my live site as you can see. This is the first time I have had such trouble with Widgets and don't know how to solve it. Can anybody help please? Jarmila JSL Trading Shop

At the step 4 have you try to delete flag "view advertisement" intern to section "advertisement"? After you try to pressthe key combinationCtrl->Preview in the preview of WebSite X5 Evolution 9. Have you try to export website online and verify if the advertisement view? What type of advertisement have you inserted? We have try to write url www.celebrityfragrancesshop.co.uk but it isn't online your website.

thank you for your message. I have checked Google-www.celebrityfragrancesshop.co.ukis online and was online when you have tried to look at it. How the site appeared to you? Was there message: "404 Page not found?"
Regarding the widget: I have uploaded an HTML code via Available objects/ HTLM and Widgets Tool. Everything looked OK when I have previewed the home page- the small banner was there, so I exported it. But, when I looked at the live site - the page looked weird- distorted- the features were not displayed properly, so I deleted the widget - HTML code. Despite that- the small banner was there - until now! I havent done anything it just happend to remove itself...It is mystery to me. Thank ypu for your help.

Now the URL of your website is available and not appear nothing error 404 Page not found.
Can you send us the screenshot of your banner which do you see? We try to make a test of your website.

thank you for your help. The banner I was talking about just disappeared itself yesterday - just when I was writing the message to you! I haven't done anything specific, just checked preview again after closing and restarting WebsiteX5 and the banner was not there anymore, so I exported it and it was OK this time, the banner disappeared. Very strange. . Thank you for your help.
Well I would like to have more adverts-banners on my site, but unfortunately anytime I upload HTML code via HTML Widgets tool - it changes completely the layout of the page. Those two Facebook banners you can see on my site it took me one hour to get them in that position! When I uploaded another HTML code for new advert-banner, facebook ads just moved in a totally different place! I have tried all tools (I believe that I did), but eventually I had lost my patience and decided to delete the banner - like the one I was writing you above. So here we are. Any useful tips on page layout and HTML Widget Tool would be very much appreciated.

for align the objects in the grid of past 3 of WebSite X5 Evolution 9 you should align the object inserting more row and you can next the objects with icon "margin internal and external" setting to 0 these margins.. If you have of problems you should give us where you want insert another banner and make see how it is posizionated banners.
