Web X5 V. 14

I was receiving messages fine until the latest upgrade.  I tried other suggestions like changing the script to low level script and PHP etc.  But it still doesn't function.  The only response I got was confirming that my webhost Hostica does support PHP.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

? v14 hase not been updated for a long time.....
Check your spam filter / firewall. Try an even lower script.
What version PHP is your host running? Has this been updated by your host? Check and set to PHP v5 if possible at your host end, in your admin panel of your hosting company.

Thanks Andre, I have sent them (Hostica) a message to see what version PHP they are running.  I tried all the different scripts available and none work.  Below is the response I got from Hostica's support.

"Debugging the script being used to process the form results is outside the scope of our support. You may consider switching to a third party script such as FormMail to process your form results "

Ok, I have just checked myself on Hostica's Webservice and it shows PHP Version 5.6.  Is that the correct setting?

Tried all the lower scripts, tried changing to PHP v7.1 - 5.5 still doesn't work.  Totally in the dark now.

Why would we get that error message "data will be sent to email address XXX when the website is uploaded on the server"?  I've done several full uploads in the last few days.

Is there anyone that help with this?

Jason,
The mail function works only online, in the preview the software from the host that is needed to make mailing from website possible is not available. (PHP)

So you always need to test from website online.

online if you add / admin behind your website adres you get to your admin panel.

There is an online test facility to see what scripts do work. The login credentials are found in x5 as set in your dataanagement attachement earlyer
