Lost your password logs me into my profile but I can't change my password because it requires my old password. How can I change a forgotten password when I no longer know it?

Are you not able to change the password when you have a new one?
I have not tried it myself as I will not experiment with my password.
Please keep us informed, as this could happen to us all.
Barry, it appears you have a similar but unrelated issue to DIMITRIOS.
Are you saying you can log in to the help centre but do not know the password and wish to change it?
Perhaps you could start a new post to clarify your question??
