Hi Esahc.

Since the "new" Optimization functionality has been added inside the software itself, I can confirm that the Optimizer will no longer be receiving any update and the official link for the download has been removed from the main website.

That being said, you can still be provided the link to download the latest version of it for v17 should you come across the need to use that, simply by asking for it to any Staff member here on Help Center.
