Where has my purchased template gone?

ok after a LOT of attempts to upgrade to ver 16.3.1 I have managed to get X5 pro working. It kept repeating the activation screen even though it informed me that I had successfully updated to ver 16.3.1
Now when I got to create a new product and check "purchased templates" I am missing one that I have purchased (Pharmacy) where has it gone?? the others are there but not this one.
Yet again nothing but trouble when I upgrade this software :-( it seems more trouble than it's worth.
how do I recover my purchased template??

Hi JJ. JUAGSorry still not getting it?? clicked on your link and it takes me to libarary and template management but nothing about my missing template, am I missing somthing? from what I can gather it would appear that ALL the old templates are gone replaced with new one's is that correct? If so what has happened to the one I purchased? surely I still should have access to it. I have access to others that I have purchased and they show up in the licenced section of the software??
William, I could not find PARMACY in the available list of templates for v16 either. I did a google search and found reference to it in a French Post.
Please check this link and see if it allows you to download your paid for template.

I also found an english link but this lead to a 404 (page not found) error.
I have marked this post for attention by Incomedia.
If you have ever used this template on a project, perhaps in an earlier version, you could open the project, save the template and then apply it in v16??

Hi Esahc, thanks for looking. It was I think the first template I purchased just so that I could get to grips with how X5 worked. it has been in my licenced section from that date but now after the last install of 16.3.1 it has dissapeared??? other templates that I purchased are still there.
I might have an old copy somewhere but thats not the point. It should still be in my purchased list for me to download. What If my computer crashed (as has happened) and I lost everything? Yes I know you say backup but the bottom line is why is it not showing in my licenced section??
Hi Esahc, in my download section there is also no templates for download - all of them disappeared. Put it on attention of inco.
