So ... in 2017 i bought X5 evolution and i made a site. All good until now!! But a few day ago i had tu upgrade my PC and reinstal my windows from 7 to 10. A few minutes ago i bought the newest version of x5 evolution and i wanted to open my save for the site. It warn me aboutsome fonts. No big deal. But after that it doesn't let me open my " IWZIP" file . I thought this will be compatible. Or how do i convert it so it can work so i can access it?

Hello. The project should have been converted automatically.

What exactly happens after you click OK in the fonts error message window?

Try unpacking your project from IWZIP file to the program’s project folder (in some subfolder).

Try to update Microsoft .NET Framework.

Moga, open WX5 and check for updates, but if it is fully up to date, what version of WX5 was used to create the iwzip? At a guess I would suggest it was either created using a beta version (http://beta.websitex5.com/) or in a professional version of wx5 (evo cannot open any project created in any professional version - no matter how old the version was).

I watched the video. That's right.Your project should not be converted.Your project was made in WebSite X5 Professional 12. You are trying to import into WebSite X5 Evo 2019. This can not be done.

You can import project from Professional to Pro (not Evo). So you need to upgrade your license to Pro. You do not have to pay for the Pro version separately. You can buy an update. You can see the offers for you in your personal account on this site (menu in the upper right corner).

Yes, I see that you have a license for x5 v13 evolution. But you sent a video and it shows that you are trying to import a project that was made in WebSite X5 Professional 12.

Try to re-export the project from WebSite X5 13 evolution and then import it into WebSite X5 2019 Evo.

Hi Moga,

I confirm as Aleksej that the error message shown in the video reports that the project you are trying to import has been created using a Professional edition. Unfortunately, it is not possible to import a project from a Pro into an Evo, I am sorry about this.

Please let me know if I can be of further help. Kind regards.
