Generic error when trying to activate free templates

I am trying to activate a template before I use it but when I click to activate, I sign in with correct details, then i get "generic error" message. I then go to click on other templates and immediately get "generic error".. i have turned off firewall but still get error... help!!!

Mark, you are using only v14? Which one/s??
Mark, I just tried (Health and Wellness) v14 and I too got the generic error.

(perhaps it is time to move on to v2019??? :-)

More ... It seems that the free models (...not previously activated...) of version 14 are in generic error.
Tested on a dozen models ...

Try the models... "not previously activated"... With the Free ribbon.
