Error loading project

Dear sir,
after updating to the last version(2019.2.5) i cant open my project and i have an error , as you see in the picture attached.
Waiting your instructions for solving the problem.

i tried to do it but i cant find where to select back up and redo.
i find from my computers files the , files that you have marked , but still cant do nothing.
can you please be more specify?
The total crashed that you say it wasnt coused by me. yesterday i was working perfectly.
today i updated the programm and after that it crashed.....
i dont have other buck up in wizip file!!!

The problem unfortunately occured at the time you closed the project, not when you opened the project.
To run the backup, select the project (do not double click to open), then select backup. Assuming the buttons are in the same place in your language, you will find the backup (and subsequent redo options) here.

the probelm is solved.
i went to my local pc and found backup file and rename it to project and the existing project to oldproject.
now its loading and working ok!
