I have created a roll over text box and find that the tool tip text moves across the screen with the text. Is there a way to stop this ?

Hello Andy,
There is no way to alter the behaviour of the tooltip using the features available within the software alone.
Personally (and this is only my humble opinion... take it for what you will), I would get rid of the tooltip completely. Your visitors will be very used to the appearance of hyperlinks, and they will recognise that they can interact with the text on account of the way it is formatted (and also how the cursor changes when hovering over it in larger viewports) - their curiosity will get the better of them and they will click on the link anyway!
