Updating registered Users details

Once users have registered on the site, they may sometimes have a change of email and registering a new email will lose prior orders etc if th eold email is not used.
Suggestion is to enable an admin user, or the user to update their email or details in the database from within the website.

Asked since +1 yr, because it's mandatory to follow GDPR law !
UPDATE PROTECTION should be used for that , but !!!!
