Being asked to enter my activation key yet I have a valid licence

I have just tried to open Website X5 to work on my website and I am getting a request to enter my activation key however that key has expired and I have a licence until 18 June 2020. How do I access my website and work on it? I last worked on it last week with no problem. My website address is www.britishempire.me.uk

you can find all your licences here in x5 helpdesk.
Check top right pull down next to your name.
Also you can find there you downloads for the product and manuals and other stuff.

are you required to repeat the registration process at every program start over and over? In this case, please check if under C:\Users\ The Admin username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\ there is a folder called WebSite X5 - Evo and if the licence.iwl file is inside this folder.
If this folder exists and the file is there, copy the folder and paste it under c:\Users\ Your Windows username \AppData\Local\Incomedia and then start the program.
