Purchased credits gave disappeared

I ourchase creidts with the upgarde to EVO. Now that I am ready to download a new template the system tells me that I have no credits. I have never used the credits I purchase. WHat gives?

Hello.I sent a request to the company's technical support service.Expect an answer from them here in the comments.
I think that this situation could be related to the date of purchase of the credits.If you bought them more than a year ago, then they could "burn out" (these are the conditions).
You should activate them first - in this sytem go to My credits and put a code from the order.
