Lorna, it is obviously not in the original template. Since it is only on the home page I would look in properties, expert (select page and select properties) or perhaps you added an html object on the page?

Have you added any 3rd party code anywhere?

(sorry - not much help)

Lorna, I only have access to a phone sorry. If you are using a Linux host the FTP address is usually your  (yourdomain.com), wx5 also needs your full domain name so it sets the path correctly internally (https://www.yourdomain.com) and the path to where the website is uploaded is normally /public_html

As for database setup, you need someone more competent than I am so I have marked your post for Incomedia attention (but hopefully someone here will step into help in the interim)

Hello Lorna

Judging by your screenshot alone, I'm unable to tell whether the Database was configured incorrectly or not.

Your hosting provider should provide you with all the details needed to properly connect to it. Perhaps it could be helpful if you could send them a screenshot with the WebSite X5 window where the data is inserted so that they might provide the right credentials to use.

Verify that the data is correct. If your hosting support confirms that it is correct but you still get the error, we can proceed to analyze this further

Keep me posted here on the situation

Thank you

Stefano
